I’m a qualified counsellor offering a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and at your own pace.

I know that coming to counselling can feel like a big step, particularly if you are used to coping on your own, putting other people first, or finding it difficult to know where to begin. My aim is to offer a space where you can feel heard, understood and accepted, without pressure or judgement.

My approach is person-centred, which means I believe you are the expert on your own life. I work collaboratively rather than telling you what you should do, and I may also draw on other therapeutic ideas and tools where they feel helpful and appropriate for you.

I support adults experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, low self-esteem, grief and loss, depression, family difficulties, work-related stress, neurodivergence, identity and self-discovery, and periods of change or uncertainty.

I hold a Foundation Degree in Counselling and a CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, and I am an NCPS Accredited Registrant. I work within the NCPS ethical framework and undertake regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.

Before qualifying, I completed my clinical placement with Bright Hope, where I gained experience supporting clients with a range of emotional and personal difficulties.

I offer counselling online and in person, working with adults on an individual basis.

If you are unsure whether counselling with me might be right for you, you are very welcome to get in touch and ask any questions before deciding.
